Throwing techniques. Players get into pairs and stand oposite eachother next to a cone. Under arm throw.- Ball starts by your waste.- Bring the ball forward with a straight arm and realeas around the stomach area.- Teach the weight and height of the throw. Over arm throw.- Ball starts behind your ear with your elbow pointing away from you.- Bring your elbow around to the side of your head.- As your elbow is coming around bring the ball past your ear and extend your arm.- When your arm is extended release the ball aiming at your partner.- Teach how to use your non throwing arm for aiming and also the height and weight of the throw.
