Players on red cone start with ball, throwing a two handed catch to the player opposite them. once 5 of each have been completed, the move diagonally and start the next discipline. players on red cone go to next red cone, players on yellow go to next yellow. once all have been completed, run hard back to the first station and start again.
Start with easy pace to get blodd flowing and warm up. Increase intensity with each circuit. With larger groups, introduce second row and increase intensity by starting race.
