Batsmen are given aims such as - Maintain their wicket Score at a certain run rate Rotate the strike 'Manipulate the field' Hit a bowler out of the attack 'Fishish' the game (Set Runs in set overs) Find the boundry Bowlers are given tasks such as - Bowl to the field set Take Wickets Reduce scoring Keep the same batsmen on strike Bowl in the same place (Line and Length or Yorkers)
