
Fielding drill with running - used for fatigue and pre-season. 1- Hit ball to blue cone - fielder then throws at stump 2- Back up on white cone then throw over stumps where red cone runs in to receive it 3- Red cone receives ball over stumps and throws to hitter (bat) 4- Hitter or feeder then hits flat catch towards green cone 5- Green cone takes the catch and runs around to the start 6- Players move to the next cone after they have done each skill
