1- Start with feet together 2- Step onto take off foot - in this case, left foot for right arm bowler 3- Take off left foot and drive into delivery action 4- Bowl the ball and follow through
Push hard from standing position Make sure that left foot landing points towards target and not towards fine leg Push head towards target and stay forward Main point of the drill is foot placement on first step and not jumping in or pointing towards fine leg and then having to rotate around yourself to deliver ball
