
Place 2 wickets opposite each other around 4 metres between them. Put the cones in a rectangle with the wickets at the shortest length of the rectangle. The aim of this is to get the particpants warm (including their arm muscles as they will be using them alot in this session, as the aim is to improve their bowling skills).
