TR hits ground ball into the middle of the two players. Player A goes 1st and attempts to stop the ball from crossing the boundary and then returns the ball on the full or on the bounce to the WK. Then player B goes. Balls an be hit on the ground, low flat catches or high catches. Variation: Both players attack the ball. Player A stops ball and pops the ball up to Player B to get the ball in quicker. Practice sliding and getting feet into the right position.
