Station A -Ladder skill Station B - Hurdle skill Variation 1 TR1 rolls ball out to players A who performs a ladder skill then attacks the ball and throws underarm back to the trainer 1 above the stumps Player A then goes to station B. Variation 2: Same as aboce except the return is to trainer 2 practicing throwing off the wrong foot or throwing at an angle. Ensure good foot work and low body position Variation 3 Same as variation 1 except with the addition of a high catch as the player returns the ball to the trainer. Once player returns ball to triner he then runs around the trainer and attempts to catch the high ball over the shoulder. Variation 4: Same as variation 3 expect a ball along the ground for the player to chase, turn and throw could be used. Focus on the correct retrieval skills.
