
Players start by throwing the ball into the coach. The coach (wearing a mit, or glove) catches the ball and hits it along the ground for the player field. Once the player fields the ball he/she then has a throw at the stumps. If they hit the stumps they recieve "X" points, if they throw it in the net but miss the stumps they recieve "Y" points. Players will collect their ball and return to the back of the line. Progressions/Regressions Alter distance of throws based on ability Coaches can turn the ground ball into an air ball for the fielders to catch.
Throwing: Steady, side on base for throwing. Non throwing arm up for balance and help with aiming throwing arm/hand drives through to target.
