1. Coach hits a ball along the ground towards backward point. 2. Attacking fielders field the ball and target a direct hit at the stumps at the bowlers end. (After this the attacking fielder runs to the defenders position to join at the back of the line) 3. Defending fieders backup the throw and then... 4. Throw into the hands of the wicket keeper. (The defender then runs to the attackers position and joins at the back of the line) The drill repeats
