
Coach 1 (red) hits flat catch to Player 1 (blue cone), who returns it to Coach 2. Coach 2 then hits ground ball between Player 1 (blue)-2 (red), who fields and throws @ bowler's end stumps. Player 3 (green cone) backs up, then throws at bottom stumps. Player 4 (white cone) backs up and throws to Coach 1. All players rotate to next position.
Attack the ball when it is on the ground - at all times. Set feet and shoulder to throw at stumps or back to coach. Quick footwork to throw at stumps - replace feet.
