DESCRIPTION

Simple Fielding & Throwing Drill 2 groups, 1 WK & Stump for each group & cone 25m out from stumps. Keeper rolls ball out to cone. Fielder walks in, clean pick up and throuw back over the top to the keeper. Focus on: clean pick up. crow hop throw clean throw over the top of the stumps Fielders can progress to one handed pick up as a final challenge in the drill.

COACHING POINTS

2 Groups with 2 sets of Stumps & 2 Keepers Cones 25m straight out from the stumps 3 fielders on the cone. Fielders walking in. Attacking the ball. Clean pick up with: 2 hands, keep low On one knee pick up &/or upgrade to One handed Simple, clean throw over stumps to the keeper.
