Trainer hits ball to player A who performs hurdle drill and returns ball to trainer. Trainer hits flat catch to player B who takes the catch and rolls the ball under his shoulder to player C who attacks the ball and underarm throws at the single stump trying to hit it directly. Player D backs up and throws to WK. Trainer hits flat catch to player E who takes catch turns quickly and throws directly at the single stump for player F to back up and return to the Wk.
