
Set up drill as shown with players stationed 5-10m away from the stump/s. players willone by one throw the ball at the stump attempting to knock it over. once the ball has been thrown the thrower runs tothe other side of the stump and joins at the back of the line. when the ball is thrown the player opposite hum/her must catch the ball, through it at the stumps and run to the back of the opposit line thus completing the cycle.
watch the echnique and if necessary show a demonstraition. If you are using this drill more so for fitness, decrease the number of people in each group meening that they will be running more often and be given less rest periods.
