
Set-up: 2 cones, stumps, cricket ball, wicket keeper gloves, 2 players and helper. Drill: Coach/helper (yellow) rolls/throws ball out to fielder (blue) about 25-30m away from stumps. Fielder gathers ball while wicket keeper runs up to stumps (10-15m distance). Fielder times throw so it reaches the stumps as the wicket keeper arrives to attempt a run out. Swap after 3 turns.
