
1v1 to goal. Set up an ally with cones coming off of the 6 yard line. The team stands ready outside of the playing area while 2 players are on top of the exercise facing away from from the goalie. Coach gives "go!" Goalie punts ball in the air. The players must turn to find the ball. First to touch the ball becomes the attacker and the other must defend. Attacker is allowed to use his teammates.
if ball touches the ground without touching any body part first, the whole team does one pushup. Fighting for position is the main focus and attacking the ball in the air. if the goalie gives a bad punt outside the playing area, he/she gives 1 pushup then repunts. influence triangle passes between teammates . Outside players should only use 1 touch. if defender wins ball, he becomes the new attacker.
