
Box 1 : forward bunny hops to round cone then side jumps to finish then start again Box 2 : Pass and move 1 touch where possible . must be a high pace Box 3 : lunge strides to round cone on to the box for 10 step overs then finish All boxes are at a 7 minute time then drink in between each station continue untill all players have completed 7 minutes in each box
