
This is the cooldown for my session and it will consist of the group slitting up into two and I will stand in the middle of both the groups and tell them what to do, and when. First of all it will consist of doing a little job out to the cone opposite them then it will slowly progress into lunges and some more dynamic stretches to warm down the muscles and not get injured after the sessions.
