2 players standing at opposite cones. Both players run in opposite directions. Cones are spaced out approximately 25 metres apart. (Grid = 50m x 25m) When the coach blows his whistle both players have to sprint around the cones until they have competed a full lap then running around their starting cone and now sprinting arouns all the cones back to their starting position. The first one back to their starting position wins.
Variations: Change the spacings between the cones.
