DESCRIPTION

Developing fitness disquised with a ball. 4 Players per setup. 2 Balls 2 sets of gates 25 yrds apart in line with each other.

COACHING POINTS

1. Players at either end start with ball, both players set off at the same time. 2. RWTB in a Straight line toward the gate at the other end of session 25yrd between gates. 3. Once on line a pass is played through the gate. 4. Player goes the other direction. 5. Repeat for a time limit.
