
- 2 laps- Rhydmic Ladder- Technical Square Phase 1 progressions 1 2, 3 and 4 (Implementation for 3 weeks)8 mins of technical work to improve pass and control. 3 technical progressions are made with 2 minutes each progression, followed by the 4rth progression which is a 4 v 2 with pairs of two. All progressions done on the same square. For all progressions 6 players are needed, and for the first 3 progressions 2 balls are needed. Progression 1:Pass and follow pass. Focus on good mechanics of pass, control and body angle and good first touch. Progression 2. Wall pass, focus on good body angle, good mechanics on pass, and time run. Progression 3. Overlap, Good dribbling mechanics, and time overlap run. Progression 4. Rondo two touch only work in pairs.
