DESCRIPTION

Static stretches starting from the feet upwards Dynamic Stretches - Jogging, Heel flicks, High Knees, Groin stretch Warm up game - First player runs with the ball and shoots, as soon as he has shot he must then turn and defend as the next player runs to attack, once this player has attacked or shot on goal they then turn to defend as the next player comes to attack and so on.
