Firstly the players are going into some rondos to have a bit fun at the beginning and to get some ball touches. Thereafter they have a player lead warm up before they come into me for a quick drill to get their feet work going and also to sharpen their brains. The players will be in line and when I shout for example "Yellow" they all have to run to yellow and back to the line. This is sharp sprints. To get their brains going there will be parts where they are going to run to the opposite cone that I am saying ("yellow" they have to run to orange) etc. There will be a forfeit to the player that loose mostly to give the players extra motivation to do their best.
