After gaining possession defending team scores by scoring in the full sized goal as soon as possible. Instructions Apply medium pressure (on 3/4 of the pitch) and force attacking team to play through central defenders.
Teach players to play in triangles/ Diamonds from the kick off. Yellow lines on the diagram indicate where a player should run to at the point of the Goal Keeper passing the ball to the defender Reverse the runs/ possitions for goal kicks passed to other defender or if the defender passes to other center back. This means 6 Moves to where 8 Moved to, 8 to where 10 moved too and 10 the reverse (go left) to where 6 moved to. From there on players must learn how to play through the opposition.
