DESCRIPTION

Normal Sprint to begin. Once player reaches the top of the first lane backtrack down to the bottom of the second lane. Take ball and dribble in and out of the cones, turn and play a pass down the lane to the player behind. Finally round the end cone, through the ladders and sprint to the back of the queue for a quick recovery before going again. Do this drill for about 10 minutes

COACHING POINTS

-On toes -Low body position when backtracking -Keep ball close going through cones -High intensity -Ensure players are sprinting and not cheating themselves
