
Set up a "hurdle" using cones or household items. If you use something from around the house, make sure its soft or something that wont break if you knock it over or land on it! Start begind the hurdle, feet together, jump over the hurdle, server feeds the ball in (with hands) complete the action back to the server, shuffle backwards with fast feet around back to behind the hurdle. Repeat. Alternate sides. Complete x10 of each skill, swap with the server or have a short rest between skills To make it harder - increase amount of times you do the skill, or set up 2 or 3 hurdles in a row instead of 1
