
ATT's make a line facing goal and take tuns to run in on goal. Coach sends ball into path of ATT who needs to (preferably) shoot with the first touch, retrieve the ball then rejoin the line. Coach needs to mix up the ball deliveries to surprise the ATT's (roll, lofted, bouncing, behind etc.) variation - add DFD vasiation - add GK
ATT's need to intercept the ball and try to strike it first time (where possible) to encourage co-ordination, concentration and urgency.
