
Set Up To create the circle you could use cones or some other similar object. Divide your players into defenders and attackers. Three of the attackers should have one ball each, two players spare. Instructions Simply the team with the ball must keep possession, the team without win the ball back and keep possession or kick the ball out. A player can only have one ball at a time. Players cannot leave the circle. If a team end up with all three balls for a full minute they win. If a team kick the ball out the ball is kept out for 20 seconds before being given back to the other team (this is to train defending teams to keep the ball).
