Set up: 4 defenders vs 3 attackers, goalie is optional. Attackers should try to get past your defenders and finish with a shoot at goal. Attackers are given ball position and they have to dribble through the defense and score. The defenders should be able to gain ball position at all costs so as to prevent the attackers from scoring, gain possession and either clear the ball or combine to play out of the back to two nets on either side.
