
A. Coach takes the ball and kicks or throws it into open area of the field. B. Players chases the ball down, controls the ball and moves it towards the net. C. Player scores into the net D. Player retrieves teh ball and goes through plyons with the ball to start over again. Note: Start with players picking up the ball and throwing into the net. Hop over cones in section D. Progress to players dribbling the ball to the net to score and then driblle around the pylons.
