
Set Up: Grid 10x10m 3/4 different coloured cones layed inside the grid Ball each per player Drill Players start by dribbling their ball inside the grid avoiding the cones. The coach calls out a colour "RED". The players dribbles to that colour as quick as possible. Once the players have all found a cone the coach will tell to players to "play on" and they start dribbling around the grid again. When the coach yells out a colour, the players must dribble as fast as they can to the coloured cone.
