
Players start at the first blue cone and dribble around the cones. Blue cones first, then orange, then yellow. Not red at this stage. 1st round - straight dribble through. Next player to go when previous player reaches first orange cone. 2nd round - players must race to score the most goals. Once the goal is scored the leave it in the net and get a new ball from start. 3rd round onwards - When a player reaches the first orange cone the next player sets off. If a player is overtaken they must leave the circle and pass through the red gate and rejoin at the first orange cone. Play for two minutes each round. Players to keep own score.
After round one discuss good dribbling technique. All parts of both feet/Quick feet/On your toes, bent knees when changing direction/NO tackling!
