
1st player dribbles the ball to the first cone, stops the ball , then sprints back to collect another ball. They then dribble to the second cone, stops the ball, then sprint back to collect the last ball. they then dribble to the last cone , stops the ball, then sprints back to their team. the 2nd player, then sprints to the first ball, collects the ball and dribbles back, they stop the ball on the line. they then sprint to the second ball, collects the ball and dribbles back, they stop the ball on the line. they then sprint to the second ball, collects the ball and dribbles back, they stop the ball on the line. Players who have finished then sit down. Continue until all players have had a turn.
Encourage running with the ball, no walking. Make it fun, turn it into a game e.g. 4 v 4, first to have all team members sat down wins. Can be used as a warm up by replacing the balls with bibs
