2 teams play a 4v4 game with 4 goals. Big cones are set all over the playing field and are set to be mines that the players need to avoid colliding with. PROGRESSION 1 Aim of the game is for the teams to score to the two goals available but at the same time avoid the mines. The player who knocks down a mine has to go to the skill zone for 30 seconds and perform a ball mastery drill. PROGRESSION 2 Same sequence but this time the players are given the mines to place in the field to make it more difficult for the other team to score.
