Keeper working: 1- Sprint from center of goal diagonally to top of 6 yard box. 2- Collapsing Save 3- Side sprint to center of 6 yard box 4- Catch a drop kick 5- Drop step and backpedal to goalline for diving overhead save Server 1: hard pass on the ground for collapsing save Server 2: Drop kick to chest region Server 3: underhand toss a ball just under the cross bar to force a diving overhead save. AFTER 1 REP: Repeat to the other side. 5 Reps each side
This will be your fitness test. You will be required to hold every drop shot cleanly, and expected to make every collapse dive and overhead save (Considering good service. Good service determined by coach) You will be allowed 1 miss in either the collapse dive or overhead save. Must be flawless in drop kick catches (no drops or bobbles).
