Place 3 cones in a line 3 yards apart. Place a 4th cone 5 yards in front of the center cone. Keeper starts by facing away from the server in a ready stance behind the center cone. Server calls out a number and the keeper turns and runs to that cone. If cone 4 is called the keeper runs out to the cone and touches the cone. Server then places ball in any direction near the cones for the keeper to make a save.
