
DESCRIPTION - 6-20 players in pairs - One ball per pair - Use cones for a 1.5m mini-goals per player - Partners stand 5m opposite each other in front of their mini-goal - One player passes the ball to their partner who makes a low save, recovers and rolls the ball back to their partners feet - Repeat 5 times and switch roles
COACHING POINTS - Set position - Get body and move in line with ball - Bring one knee low to the ground and spread at 90degrees to the ball to create a barrier - Palms open, facing ball with finger tips pointed down - As falling forward leg on the ground comes forward and is 1st step back up
