1 GK working at one time. Firstly, the GK receives a volley into the hands from the server. Then, the GK throws the ball back to the server. The GK turns and gets set in the small goal behind him, where he will receive a low driven strike (scoop). The GK gets up and recovers into the set position, where he will move across his goal in quick succession to receive a strike from the last server towards the near post. Each GK will werk for 4, 3 times each. Working both sids (Left/Right).
