
- 1 Ball per pair - 2 cones to create a small goal for each player - One player stands BEHIND one cone in a ready position - Partner holds ball at waist height about 1yd IN FRONT of the same cone - On command first player runs around the adjacent cone and dive onto the held ball, holds and spring back up to their feet - Repeat 5 times then switch starting cone - After working both cones, switch roles
- Hands in ready position (between playing the piano and tickling the shorts) - Lead with hands, nearest hand behind the ball and farthest on top - Elbows bent - Nearest leg moves toward the ball first - Trap ball with both hands and use the ground as the 3rd hand - Body and ball hit the ground at the same time
