Duration: 15 minutes Area: 2 cones approx. 5m apart Equipment: 4 cones and one ball Setup: 4 cones approx 5m apart 3 Players 2 players will be fairly stationary and responsible for passing the ball to the 3rd player. 1 player will be moving and passing. Each player will go for 1-2 minutes, cycling through 2-3 times. Passes are quick and controlled. Before starting each step, provide a demo of what is expected.
