
20x30 yd rectangle grid. GK at one end. Two defenders in red pinnies. Two field players in yellow pinnies. All other players in blue pinnies. Play starts with blue player playing pass (1) to 1st yellow target and plays pass (2) to other blue player. Blue player plays pass (3) to 2nd yellow target player. Yellow plays pass (4) off to blue player making run down the side. Blue player plays shot/pass (5) to GK. GK receives ball and rolls ball into space for blue player to dribble back to start on outside of cones. Continous play. Rotate players through.
