Play in groups of 4 Ball is pass long from between the 4 players Passes can be straight or diagonal and need to also include short pass to tee a player up. Ball must be be pass OFF the ground Adjust body to control the ball PROGRESSION Variation of passes ON and OFF the ground First time pass back

COACHING POINTS

CORRECT TECHNIQUE WHEN STRIKING A BALL DISTANCE Approach the ball at a slight angle and place non kicking foot beside the ball but keep a wider stance With Kicking leg take a large back swing and use your arms to keep balanced Lean your upper body back slightly to get lift on the ball Aim to strike the ball with your big toe and laces Follow through the ball for distance and accuracy
