
The aim of this Practice is to support players to develop their understanding of Passing and Receiving to play forward. 2 players start with the ball from the blue zone and pass to the players outside the zone and move to the receiving zone A and F to receive on their backfoot into the space to pass to the outside players and follow their pass. Repeat sequence for 10-15 mins. Progress by adding a passing combination with teammates depending on your players ability levels and adapt numbers and area size to suit players and their needs.
