
To set up this drill all you need is 3 cones and a ball, set the cones in a triangle with one player in the middle of the cones. How the drill works is the player in the middle will do a one touch pass, move to the left then do another one touch pass drop back behind the cone receive the ball and take a touch around the cone play the ball then go back to the middle. Do this going both sides for 2 minutes then rotate players.
