
To set this drill up you need 2 sticks and 2 different coloured cones put the sticks at the front and the 2 coloured cones at the back making a square. How the drill works is the player will be playing 1 touch inside the square, when the coach calls a colour the player will go to the opposite side, open there body up receive the ball, dribble around the coloured cone called pass then play a 1,2 around the stick.
