Players start by jogging round the outside of the area marked 2nd lap the run at 3/4 pace between 1 & 2 then jog the rest 3rd lap the run at 3/4 pace between 1 & 3 then jog the rest 4th lap the run at 3/4 pace between 1 & 4 then jog the rest Then reverse the order
