Setup: Create a square grid using cones (approx. 15x15 yards). Place another square in the center of the first square Position players in pairs at each corner of the square, with one ball per pair. 2 seperate groups, 8 players max per group Instructions: The first player in each pair dribbles the ball directly toward the central cone in front of them listening to coaches command. (inside outside, ball roll, left foot only.) When they reach the cone, they perform a quick turn (e.g., inside cut, outside cut, pull back, cruyff turn). After the turn, they dribble back to their starting point. Once they return, they lay the ball off to their partner, who repeats the same sequence. Progressions: Instead of dribbling back and laying off, pass back after turn. Add a combination after the turn
Toe pointed while dribbling, use both feet, head up, scanning, quick and sharp turns/change of direction.
