Players making a different movement on each corner before receiving which can start from any point. red Cone - Move away from cone before returning to receive. blue Cone - Stay in front of the cone , as if to hold him off while receiving. yellow Cone - Run around the cone then return - player can receive in either position. orange Cone - A double movement, to either side (as if trying to avoid a marker) in front of the mannequin before receiving. The direction of the pass can be altered, encouraging players to work with alternate feet or players can receive from within the area.
