Playing 5 a side (4 outfield and 1 keeper in each team) The Ball starts with the Goal Keeper who drop kicks the ball out. Each team has to win the ball from the goal kick and pass the ball over the end zone. This will encourage players to turn and face the ball at goal kicks and focus on winning the ball in the midfield and playing the ball into space to reach the target.
> Condition the Goal kicks to be more accurate and encourage the goal keeper to aim for certain players. > Develop the drill during the session to make each team pass the ball a certain amount of times before passing the end zones.
