warm up for five minutes- jog around the pitch twice; stretches- arm swings, shoulder circles, lunges. skill related exercise: everyone will be split into groups of four to practice overarm and underarm throwing to anyone when they are in a square marked out by cones. the squares represent the cones and are 15 steps apart. fielding (long and short barrier)
